Travis Artz

Travis Artz is a SAG-AFTRA & AEA actor, singer, songwriter, and voice actor originally from New Jersey and now based out of NYC. He is best known for his work as a series regular for 4 seasons on Transformers: Cyberverse (Cartoon Network, Netflix) as the voice of Hot Rod.

In addition to his voice work, he can be seen on-camera in Jayden Novoa’s upcoming film Comeback: The Misadventures of Charlie Denim, and in Forest Silvers’ limited series Becoming Jiff (Amazon Prime Video). With his background in improv (Upright Citizens Brigade NYC), he’s been in many comedy sketches and shorts, as well.

An NYU Tisch and ITW Amsterdam alum with additional training from instructors of NYU Classical Studio, Travis has been a part of developing several new musicals and plays here in the NY theatre scene with Off-Broadway credits including Atlantic Theatre Co. and Signature Theatre, and prominent regional stages including Papermill Playhouse and Geva Theatre.

As a singer-songwriter, Travis creates original music with his indie rock band, Baby Chemist, which has received airplay on four continents. His main instrument being guitar, he is a multi-instrumentalist with experience on the electric bass, mandolin, and ukelele. He also has some experience on piano.
